Green Farm LLC specialises in the production of premium micro greens, baby leaves and edible flowers and is committed to sustainable and innovative farming practices to provide the freshest and highest quality produce to its customers.
Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our client's vertical farming operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong agricultural background, extensive experience in the UAE agricultural industry and a proven track record in business development and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the vertical farm, ensuring efficient and sustainable practices.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Manage and optimise production processes to meet market demand and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and stakeholders.
- Drive sales and expand market reach within the UAE and other Gulf countries.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals to achieve operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in agriculture, agronomy or related field.
- 5+ years' experience in the UAE agricultural industry.
- In-depth knowledge of product format requirements in the UAE.
- Strong business development and strategic planning skills.
- Extensive network of sales contacts in the UAE and other Gulf countries.
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem solving skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic a plus.
