A vertical farm in Miass is a small but profitable industrial farm for growing greens and herbs using iFarm technologies. Our customer is the owner of the restaurant VOSK, which plans to provide itself with ultra-fresh and healthy products from smart gardens all year round.
The vertical farm consists of 6 sections with a total cultivation area of 41 m². The technical launch of the farm and the planting of the first seeds took place in early March.
The starting product portfolio of the salad farm in Miass consists of 5 crops, including Romaine lettuce, Iceberg Lettuce, Frisee, Arugula and Basil.
