Sales Manager
iFarm, a leader in IT-driven agriculture, is looking for a Sales Manager who is passionate about sales and capable of guiding a client from product presentation to deal closure, including upselling.

Responsibilities:
●      Conducting online meetings and presentations to clients;
●      Developing active sales, lead generation;
●      Maintaining current business processes, implementing new ideas to increase operational efficiency;
●      Active work with the company's client base and incoming leads: analyzing clients, identifying needs, forming offers, etc.;
●      Preparation of commercial offers together with your colleagues from the sales department;
●      Negotiations and contract closure;
●      Project support from the commercial side;
●      Proper and timely CRM management.
Requirements:
●      Higher education;
●      1 to 3 years of experience in active sales in the international market (B2B, Enterprise solutions);
●      Fluent English. You will need to conduct online meetings and presentations for clients across the world;
●      Fluent Russian will be an advantage;
●      Willingness to engage in long-term deals, project work;
●      Knowledge and mastery of various sales techniques, active sales, and objection handling;
●      Experience working with CRM (knowledge of Bitrix 24 will be an advantage);
●      Ability to set priorities and multitask, excellent communication skills, and willingness to grow professionally;
