Investor Relations Manager and  Fundraising frontman

The main goal of a person in this position is to represent the company at all important events as one of the frontmen. Building long-term relationships with key market players (private investors, partners, corporations, venture funds, etc.).
Goals:
  • Fundraising process management - you have to create and maintain a list (CRM) of relevant investors in different regions of the world; determination of conditions, negotiations, Due Diligence, preparation of investment materials and management of internal processes;
  • Investor relationships - you'll have to set up a contact-call-meeting-follow up relations with all desired investors;
  • Words and numbers - you have to be able to create an eye-catching presentation and mindblowing excel;
  • Open closed doors it's not easy to get a meeting with a top investor or entrepreneur, so you have to do your best and find the way to get there. You shouldn't accept the failure.
  • Speeches and presentations - you will need to represent the interests of the company for top officials, conduct presentations (both private and public), make online calls and achieve the finalization of the signing of the deal. You need to charismatically be a speaker for interviews, videos, public speaking on stage, commenting on press releases and newsletters.
  • Research - you will be researching the markets, competitors, products, etc. Be aware of everything that happens in the company and operate with all the facts and achievements
Perfect if you:
  • Have more than 3 year of experience as a manager in VC or startup (reached round-A)
  • Speak English fluently, have excellent EN/RU writing skills
  • Have higher education (ideally from a top university)
  • Are naturally extremely curious (especially in digital / entrepreneurship)
  • Available 24/7 online if there is an urgent need to solve anything and only know the word “done” whatever it takes for any task
  • Are ready to give fast and smart response within minutes on multiple tasks
